You may not use the strategies or best practices taught within Secret Socials to create another course, community, and coaching product that would be in competition with Secret Socials. If a competing business is created by a student using Secret Social's social media strategies, business strategies, company structures, or best practices taught by Secret Socials, Secret Socials is entitled and will collect 30% of all revenue generated by said business.
3. We have the right to refuse services, or actions such as refunds if a student does not qualify.
